Services (for a relaxing holiday!)

Quality bed and bathroom linen and bath towels are supplied and laundered at the end of your stay plus the beach house is opened up and made ready for your arrival and cleaned at the end of your stay. This is complimentary for stays of 6 or more nights.

All bed linen and towels included.
Portable cot with mattress, high chair and baby bath.
Fully stocked bathroom and pantry so you can just bring your food, toiletries and clothing. 
Gas bar-b-que, gas fire pit and outdoor furniture.
Seven kayaks and a stand up paddle board with life jackets.
Assorted boogie boards.
Unlimited wifi.
Some beach toys, lots of reading material for all ages and more.
42" Smart TV with digital FreeView, Netflix subscription and other apps.
Stereo with bluetooth connection.
Good cellphone reception all through the beach house.

Arrival and Departure Times

The property will be available from 4 pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 12pm on the day of your departure in the event that another guest is arriving that day. If there are no bookings prior or post your stay you may arrive early (from 10am) or leave late (5pm) for an early arrival fee of $45 or late departure fee of $45 both with prior arrangement.

Special Conditions:

25% Deposit required to confirm booking.
Payment is via direct credit to our bank account 2 weeks prior to stay.
$250 refundable damage bond.
Strict no-smoking indoors policy.
Pets are not permitted.
